Mahalakshmi Balaji holds a master's degree in English Literature from Stella Maris College, Chennai. She is a professional dancer trained under the Dhananjayans from the age of 5. She has extensively traveled and performed with her gurus all over India as part of their major dance productions like Ramanatakam, Aikiya Bharatham, Sangamitra, Mouna Kural and many more. She was part of their faculty at their institution Bharatha Kalanjali. Mahalakshmi was also part of a French Equestrian Theater company called Zingaro and has performed in one of their most popular productions, Chimere. She joined Alchemy in 2017 and now heads The Online Academic Team.
